Expect your reimbursement within 2-3 business days from the date we receive your claim submission and the applicable payment being deposited into our bank account!

Submission

Simply follow the steps under the Submitting PHSP Claims section on the Claim/Submit page to prepare and securely submit a claim for your Intendo Benefits Administration Private Health Services Plan (PHSP).

Reimbursement

We are committed to adjudicating and processing your claim for reimbursement within 2-3 business days of receiving the claim and the applicable payment being deposited into our bank account.

To ensure your reimbursement is paid securely and promptly, we use direct bank deposit as the preferred reimbursement payment method.

Please provide the branch, transit and account number or a void cheque of the personal bank account where the reimbursement should be directly deposited into along with your first claim and we will take care of the necessary setup. This convenient method results in the reimbursement payment being deposited directly into the bank account specified, typically within 1-2 business days after we initiate the payment.
