The first step is to register for an Intendo Benefits Administration PHSP and become a Plan Owner.

This is the source document of your PHSP Contract of health benefit coverage.

Be sure to make the payment for the registration fee following the instructions in the Registration Form, as your registration is only activated upon receipt of the registration fee payment.

Registration also presents a good opportunity to submit your first claim. Just follow the instructions to claim/submit. We will gladly register your plan and also adjudicate and process your first claim for reimbursement upon registration. Remember that we remain committed to register your plan, adjudicate and process your reimbursement, if your registration is accompanied by a claim, within 2-3 business days of the applicable payment being deposited into our bank account.
